He has recently taken his expertise to Miami, where he has partnered with top producing broker Chad Carroll. In Miami, Jermain continues to use his dedication, time and extensive market research to get clients what they want. Regardless of location, Jermain instinctively understands his clients and he works tirelessly to help them realize their dream homes. Whether it’s finding the accomplished professional’s first apartment, relocating a growing family, or identifying an elegant luxury apartment for a couple ready to enjoy all the city has to offer, Jermain is determined to give each customer personal attention and outstanding customer service. As stated by Lu Hefner " If i have to say anything about Hit City Records well i want it to be just like a expense bottle of champagne, Classy At Best and Jermain he helps bring that class were trying to bring into this industry". In Recent News Hit City Records Jermain Miller set a record for a penthouse pad in Long Island City’s Vere 26 now holds the title of Queens’ priciest apartment listing. The $3 million penthouse condominium, located at 26-26 Jackson Avenue, has topped its nearest competitor — a $2.5 million penthouse in the nearby View, at 46-30 Center Boulevard. The five bedroom pad, however, is roomier, at 2,422 square feet (to the View penthouse’s 1,763 square feet). It also boasts a large terrace, high ceilings and numerous floor-to-ceiling windows, according to the listing. Jermain Miller has the listing, which will fall just shy of the Queen’s highest sale to date — a $3.1 million unit at the View — if it goes for the current ask.Units in the rest of the 43-unit condominium building, designed by Robert Scarano with interiors by AndrĂ©s Escobar, range from the low $400,000s for a studio to the $3 million five-bedroom penthouse. This is just the beginning for Hit City Records own Jermain as he is beginning to set a high standard in the real estate world today. Look out for more from Jermain and Hit City Records as we continue to update you!

This Ain't A Silent Film But Hit City Records Winning With Charlie!!!

And here is where you will hear it first and indeed you will listen. Hit City Records has just brought on yet another producer on board to there roster with an amazing talent his versatility and abstract sound is a huge contribution that will deliver a unique alternative sound to the growing brand. Charles Pascal "CharlieBeatz" Born May 4th 1989 was raised in Brooklyn,New York Coming From a Trinidad background he has over 4 years experience behind building beats professionally from his home and at countless studios he has visited. Charlie has numerous influences for music listening to great artists such as Jay-Z, Camron, Eazy E and  influences for producers listening to great producers such as Heatmakers, Just blaze Dj Yella, Kanye West, J Dilla, Lex Luger, Harry Fraud, and Arab Muzik. Lu Hefner Says 'I really admire someone with a very strong work ethic this kid was very patient, persistent on getting my attention and once i listened to his material it doesn't take me long to figure out if someone has talent and a future in this industry and from my expertise he is going to have the long gevity to carry us into the future one of the things i loved was him saying he don't want to make music that's out now and thinking like that will keep me and my artists in the right direction and helping us continue to be trendsetters." Hefner was introduced to Charlie at a DJ-A-Star event yet another member on the Hit City roster and there is where they kicked off into what seems to be a very good business venture. Charlie was asked what was the difference between being a independent producer and now being signed his answer was "before i was working on the regular with upcoming artists but now its more official because i'm working with something growing something that's actually moving places in this industry" He also mentioned a situation he went through listening to a beat of his and hey his music definitely bumps if you get head while your listening to it. Charlie definitely puts his all into his beats when asked his most personal in dept beats created he answered with titles such "hard life" ice cream" and  "summertime". Alot more is to come from Charlie who is now a working producer on Hit City Records, he is now also producing tracks finishing off Hefner's upcoming mixtape " Your Girls Favorite Rapper She Don't Need No One Else" and lets just say a movie is in the making and this wont be a silent film with Charlie!

The day has finally come when when Hit Citys Boss Lu Hefner hit the big 30 and lets just say the celebration was huge with many gifts given and to start off his day he visited the St. Ann's Warehouse to see one of its big plays. For 33 years, St. Ann’s Warehouse has commissioned, produced, and presented a unique and eclectic body of innovative theatre and concert presentations that meet at the intersection of theatre and rock and roll. Since 2000, the organization has helped vitalize the Brooklyn Waterfront in DUMBO, where St. Ann’s Warehouse has become one of New York City’s most important and compelling live performance destinations. Among the many acclaimed St. Ann’s productions include Lou Reed and John Cale’s Songs for Drella; Marianne Faithfull’sBlazing Away and The Seven Deadly Sins; Artistic Director Susan Feldman’s Band in Berlin; Carter Burwell, Charlie Kaufman, and the Coen Brothers’ Theater of the New Ear; The Royal Court Theatre’s4:48 Psychosis; The Wooster Group’s Hamlet, The Emperor Jones, House/Lights, To You, The Birdie! (Phèdre); The Globe Theatre’s Measure for Measure; Gate Theatre London’sWoyzeck; Antony’s Turning; Mabou Mines' Dollhouse; Lou Reed’s Berlin; Cynthia Hopkins’ Accidental Trilogy; Les Freres Corbusier’s Hell House; Enda Walsh’s The Walworth Farce, and many more to name.

Soon After Lu Hefner also hit the scene to meet up with manager Jose Vicrobeck to be behind the scenes of a upcoming music video for Uncle Murda the brooklyn based rapper himself who was shooting for a upcoming single. It was nothing but lights, cameras, fancy cars and lets not forget about the women. Lu Hefner is always behind the scenes in this industry you never know where he might be next in a big label meeting or meeting up with one of your favorite rappers. Look out for Uncle murda's upcoming music video starring Lu Hefner in the mix of it all. Its looking to be a huge year for the superstar who was not expecting a grand celebration at BB Kings later on that night!. If you guys dont know it just happens to be Hefner's favorite late night club to go to. You may ask why? Well its the go to area for celebs and rap artists today and always has the biggest events in the city today!. located at 237 W 42 St in times square this has been the go to place for superstar Hefner. When Hefner arrived not only did he receive a huge happy birthday from the crowd  but he gracefully shared the stage with hip hop's next up. Many people say there partying with the celebs but do they actually get on stage with them? Hefner shared the stage with MMG's Wale and French Montana as well as Cokeboy Chinx Drugz who performed numerous radio hits that have been played from Hot 97 to Power 105. It was indeed a celebration as he poured it up with the celebs but in this case you can say Hefner is already a celeb why else would he be around numerous upcoming names all the time! He also shared the stage with his Hit City Family and friends who enjoyed the night with him from Lil Young To Big-D who left early to handle money business there wasn't one person who did not make it that night the whole team was present to witness history! But that wasn't the biggest surprise that night Lu Hefner actually had the pleasure of meeting Dj Khaled himself . They exchanged many words and a ton of advice Khaled said i see you suffer from success  because you keep no new friends so stay on one and all you will do is win win win no matter what and finally WE THE BEST! At this point you never know whats in store for Hefner but the celebration continues. Look out for Hefner's upcoming Mixtape " Your Girls Favorite Rapper (She dont need no one else)" coming soon!!

Its Not About The Money Its The Principal When Lu Hefner And Principal Mills Link Up To Do The Right Thing!!

And yet again we have the pleasure to introduce another great man but this time it involves school! Lu Hefner recently linked up with Gemar Mills a very humble and respectable man who has earned the right to be honored. Gemar Mills, 30, is a principal at Malcolm X Shabazz High School in crime-ridden Newark, NJ. Born and raised in the struggling city, he narrowly escaped a plethora of opportunities to destroy his life as a teenager by exerting his time and focus on athletics
Mills took over Malcolm X Shabazz in 2011, and changes are already taking place under his watch. Mills has actively fought truancy and low graduation rates in his year at the helm, and he also is seeking publicity for the school. Last year, Shabazz played its first televised football game, which was also the first in the district's history. By offering vocational education in conjunction with its traditional education, Shabazz has progressed over the last two years. Today, he has achieved more at the age of 30 than some have achieved in their entire career. After one year of being a Vice Principal, the community urged him to interview for his current role, in which he successfully landed the job. In the past 18 months, he has acquired a slew of awards/accolades from many reputable organizations including: NBC, Newark Public School, CNN, and even had the school featured in Sports Illustrated with NBA stars vising the school as well. Right now Mills and Hefner are working closely together to work on a upcoming clothing line "Upperclass" a newer fashionable uniform for students in the new jersey school districts. "A majority of students dont like the uniforms inforced by the school districts today so why not give them something more fashionable" Lu Hefner Says. In Other News Mills is currently working on a upcoming reality show called "What Would Mills Do" which will feature Lu Hefner and just confirmed yesterday Lil Young as well. Mr.Mills has become the face of change and a beacon of hope in the city of Newark. Students are no longer trying to prove themselves worthy of gang affiliation, instead the students are holding conversation of graduating from not only high school but college as well. The things that the students were able to accomplish in the short amount of time that Mr. Mills has been principal is simply short of Amazing! For more updates and news on Lu Hefner and Principal Mills stay tune!!
